Summary of tips for laying bed cover protectors
Jun 03, 2025
1️⃣ Lay and flip quilt cover
Lay Quilt Cover Upside Down: First lay the quilt cover upside down, with the inside facing out and the front facing in. Remember to face the end of the bed with the opening facing inwards! This will make it easier to operate later.
Tips: Lay it as flat as possible when laying it, don't rush to the next step, otherwise it will be a mess when you roll it up later!
2️⃣ Place and fix the quilt
Put the quilt in the quilt cover: After putting the quilt in the quilt cover, don't rush to move it, find a way to fix it first. You can use a quilt fixer, or a rubber band buckle, or even the rope that comes with the quilt cover and the hole on the quilt to tighten it.
Fixing points: Don't be too tight or too loose when fixing it. If it's too tight, the quilt will be uncomfortable, and if it's too loose, it will move around. Just the right amount is the way to go!
3️⃣ Rolling method to arrange the quilt cover
Start rolling: Start from one side of the quilt and quilt cover, and slowly roll it up, just like rolling sushi, until it reaches the opening of the quilt cover.
Flip the face: After rolling to the opening, just like a magic trick, turn the face of the quilt cover back from the opening, and the quilt will turn out with it!
Finishing: Don't forget to tidy up the quilt cover at the end, shake it flat, pull it straight, and make the quilt and quilt cover fit perfectly.
4️⃣ Quilt corner arrangement and completion
Shaking arrangement: When tidying up the quilt corners, shake the quilt first, let the quilt and quilt cover unfold naturally, and the quilt corners will be easy to pull out.
Manual arrangement: Gently pull the quilt corners by hand to make sure each corner is flat. If the quilt cover has a fixing rope, it will be even simpler. Just tie the quilt corners and the fixing rope tightly and it will be OK!
Fixed and anti-movement: The quilt cover arranged in this way is not only comfortable to look at, but also comfortable to sleep, and you don't have to worry about the quilt running around in the quilt cover!
